Incorporated in 1989, SECO Development has successfully developed more than 75 acres of urban-core mixed-use projects. With special attention to detail, SECO Development has built 3,500 apartments, two hotels, a senior living facility, and over 800,000 SF of Class “A” office space. In 2019, SECO Development was named a finalist by NAIOP for the prestigious Night of the Stars Awards in two categories: Developer of the Year, and Office Development of the Year.
