Seacliff Properties Ltd. is a Vancouver based, privately owned real estate company with more than 25 years’ experience in the successful development, acquisition and management of large-scale real estate projects throughout Western Canada.

Seacliff’s owner and senior managers have experience in every aspect of the development, construction and management of commercial, office, recreational and residential projects.

Acting as either developer or general contractor, through its former subsidiary, Dominion Construction, Seacliff has been instrumental in the successful completion of many landmark projects such as GM Place and the Bentall Centre in Vancouver, the Olympic Speed-Skating Oval in Richmond and Upper Harbour Place and the Hillside Shopping Centre in Victoria, to name just a few. Industry professionals to this day refer to a “Dominion Built” building as reflecting the top standard for quality in the industry.
