In 2017, Sam Moon Group opened their first hotel in Plano, Texas. The Renaissance Dallas at Plano Legacy West is a trendy, upscale hotel containing 304 rooms and adequately situated in the Legacy West shopping center. Additional Sam Moon Group developments include: Hyatt Place Alliance, a 130 room limited service hotel in Fort Worth, Texas; Metropark Square, a 70-acre mixed use development north of Houston; and Hyatt Regency Stonebriar, a 303-room hotel attached to Stonebriar Centre in Frisco, Texas.
