Rockstone Partners is an industrial platform that acquires, develops, re-positions and manages warehouse, distribution and light industrial properties with potential for enhanced return through entitlements, ground-up development, operational improvements and attractive asset pricing. Industrial land and underperforming properties in the San Francisco Bay Area that may require entitlement, redevelopment, significant capital, re-tenanting or market repositioning, will be considered for investment using private and institutional capital sources to fund projects on a deal-specific basis.
