Rockfeld Group is a fourth generation Real Estate Company headquartered in New York City, which is headed by Steven Feldman. Rockfeld's roots reach back to the 1930's when Abe Feldman started acquiring properties in Manhattan. His approach was simplistic yet wise, he would seek out properties where the supply was limited but the demand was growing. Through this mantra he was able to build a reputation as a Real Estate pioneer with incredible foresight.He passed this legacy onto his son Jack Feldman who continued along this successful path with the same vision. Jack then passed this legacy to his son Steven, who for the last 40 years was responsible for running and growing the family's Real Estate portfolio under the Sigfeld Group name. Today Sigfeld Group acts as an asset manager of the current portfolio, and Steven created Rockfeld Group to focus exclusively on new acquisitions. With over 80 years of combined Real Estate experience Rockfeld seeks to build on the legacy it is a part of. Our savviness has enabled us to thrive in the many cycles of the industry, and sharpen our skills in all facets. With over 1,000 New York residential units completed, and over 1 million square feet of office and retail repositioned, Rockfeld possesses the expertise to recognize and add value efficiently where others may have overlooked.
