RockFarmer Properties, led by George Michelis and John Petras, is a developer, owner, and operator of multifamily, office, and retail properties in New York and Texas. Overall, the value of property owned, managed, or sold by the Company exceeds $2 billion. Through its property management affiliate, Douglaston Realty Management Corp., RockFarmer Properties provides hands-on management of its growing portfolio.

RockFarmer has evaluated thousands of investment opportunities and has acquired over 70 ownership interests, totaling over $2 billion owned, managed, or sold.

With the launch of our fifth investment fund, RockFarmer Opportunity Fund V, we have expanded our investment platform to the Texas markets of Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, and San Antonio. As of October 2021, RockFarmer has closed on or is in contract to purchase 1,035 residential units and 15,000 square feet of commercial space in Texas.
