RJL Real Estate Consultants was founded in August of 2000 by Rick Amstater, John Folmer, and Leo Scott. Together our founding partners started with a combined 58 years of experience when they formed the company. That experience, along with years of hard work turned RJL into El Paso’s premier commercial real estate brokerage firm. Since its inception, many things have changed within commercial real estate, however RJL’s reputation as the El Paso leader in the industry remains unsurpassed.
