Riverside Properties is a privately held real estate investment, development and property management company founded in 1992. Since its founding, Riverside has assembled a diversified portfolio of properties throughout eastern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire.

Riverside’s team manages the company’s portfolio and provides third-party services to property owners, banks and other institutions across the region. With more than 50 years of combined real estate investment experience, Riverside’s principals have overseen the management of several million square feet of property and transactions totaling more than $300,000,000.
