Rhodes Development Group, Inc. (RDG), a real estate development and holding company, is the parent company of Property Management, Inc. (PMI), Capital View Development Co, Inc., Rhodes Construction Solutions (RCS), CF Acri & Son and related real estate partnerships. Property Management, Inc (PMI) is the largest real estate management company based in central Pennsylvania. With nearly 300 commercial and residental contracts, PMI manages approximately 17,000 residential units and six million square feet of commercial space.

Rhodes Construction Solutions (RCS) builds and renovates single family dwellings, multifamily projects and commercial buildings for RDG, PMI and selected third party clients. Depending on the project, RCS manages everything from design/engineering, preconstruction, entitlements and permitting, construction and occupancy.
