We are an asset management company that specializes in real estate investments. Since 2004, Resource has sponsored a range of investment vehicles, including limited partnerships, joint ventures with institutional partners, publicly traded and non-traded REITs, and interval funds.

Resource REIT, Inc. is a self-managed real estate investment trust (REIT) that owns a portfolio of apartment communities in targeted markets with proven income and employment growth. On January 28, 2021, three non-traded REITs merged to significantly improve scale, operating efficiencies, geographic diversification and access to capital – and Resource REIT was created. Resource REIT Inc. is a portfolio with over $3 billion of assets under management as of December 31, 2020. Today, led by a team of industry professionals with over 15 years of experience working together, the REIT is able to take advantage of opportunities and deliver long-term value and growth for its investors.
