RedSteel Properties is a full service commercial real estate owner and operator. We have been in the real estate business since 1990, and we take a lot of pride in our properties. With its headquarters in Delray Beach, Florida, RedSteel Properties is a privately held real estate investment and management firm that focuses on retail, office and residential space. Founded in 2012, RedSteel Properties was created to better manage our properties and grow our portfolio. Our current portfolio which includes 16 properties has been family owned and operated since 1990.We pride ourselves in continuously delivering high-quality service in a professional manner. To us, our tenants are like family. We strive to offer our tenants superior leasing experiences and exceptionally maintained properties. Our unique structure allows us to make quick decisions without the “red tape” that is typical of large management companies. Our primary focus is acquiring retail properties in South Florida, Colorado and the greater Cincinnati region. We prefer grocery-anchored neighborhood centers, retail strip centers and single-tenant triple-net properties in downtown areas. Our secondary focus is to expand our office portfolio with small, well-located office buildings and our residential portfolio with single-family homes or small apartment buildings.
