ReCor Properties, LLC is a commercial real estate company that specializes in the development, redevelopment and investment of retail, restaurant and shopping center properties. ReCor focuses on a regional footprint including Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Colorado and Arkansas.

ReCor develops single tenant build-to-suit retail, restaurant, service and medical properties throughout the Midwest. Our ability to thoroughly understand the client’s processes, standards and needs enables us to consistently exceed expectations. The transfer of capital obligations, development risks and asset ownership allow our clients to maximize their real estate opportunities and focus on operations. ReCor does not require an investment committee, board of directors or any oversight which would dictate whether or not we pursue specific acquisitions. We do not have minimum cap rate or minimum lease term requirements, as these are only some of the many factors we consider when making an acquisition decision. We purchase properties with various motivations, including long term ownership, immediate development/redevelopment, speculation or a myriad of market driven opportunities. We remain objective and nimble with our acquisition criteria, including purchases in primary, secondary and tertiary markets.
