Ramsfield Hospitality Finance (Ramsfield) is a hotel real estate lender, owner, and asset manager. Since our founding in 2003, RHF has originated senior, mezzanine, and bridge loans, acquired existing hotels, purchased existing debt, restructured senior and mezzanine loans, taken owned assets through substantial renovations and repositionings, and managed a variety of hotels for our own account as well as third party owners.
