Since our founding in 2005 by Paul Dougherty, PRP has acquired or built more than $4 billion in real estate investments across 17 markets nationwide. This portfolio includes 5 million square feet of single-tenant and multi-tenant office, medical office, logistics, retail and data centers and more than 5,000 units of multifamily, condominium and assisted-living properties. These assets are owned in commingled real estate funds and separate accounts with institutional investors. As fiduciaries and stewards of our investors’ capital, we co-invest in all assets to maintain full alignment. We are process-oriented investors, and we understand how to evaluate and underwrite risk. And we create and maintain substantive and engaging relationships with our stakeholders — investors, lenders, advisors, tenants and agents.
