In August 1993, we opened the doors to a modest independent hotel in Fort Worth, Texas. From these unassuming origins, our founders embarked on a remarkable journey, leading us to substantial growth over the past 30 years. Today, we manage a thriving family business, with a real estate portfolio that yields over $45 million in annual revenue and boasts assets valued at over $225 million At the core of our enduring success lies a simple yet powerful principle: family. Currently, we own and operate brands like Motel 6 and Studio 6, both of which are G6 Hospitality brands, Holiday Inn Express under IHG, Super 8 and La Quinta Inn, both of which are under Wyndham Worldwide, and Springhill Suites under Marriott. Our current portfolio boasts over 30 hotels with more than 3,235 guest rooms, each designed to offer exceptional value to our guests. Throughout our journey, we've also fostered partnerships with other renowned brands such as Howard Johnson, Hawthorne Suites, Quality Inn, Comfort Inn, Travelodge, and Ramada Inn, further enhancing our diverse experience and expertise within the industry.
