Principal Properties, LLC was founded in 2002 for the purpose of developing, investing, and managing commercial real estate. In addition, Principal Properties provides real estate consulting services for retail, multi-family, and mixed-use properties. Whether we are developing properties, investing, managing, leasing or selling commercial real estate, our driving purpose is to create enduring value for the community in which we operate and the stakeholders involved. The stakeholders will vary depending on the project; however, whether it is investors, community members, tenants, owners or lenders, we strive to put forth our focused efforts to create value for all parties involved. Real estate is not a short-term business; it is a permanent feature with implications that extend far into the future.
