POKO Partners LLC

Founded by Kenneth M. Olson in 1993, POKO Partners LLC and POKO Management Corporation and its subsidiaries, specialize in community mixed-use development in urban and suburban areas with commercial and residential components, including affordable and mixed-income housing.

Today, POKO remains under the leadership of Kenneth Olson, and has expanded its concentration from solely development and construction throughout the Tri-State area to incude management and consulting activities as well. Remaining true to its core vision, POKO continues to incorporate best planning and design principles coupled with socially and environmentally sensitive planning and materials in order to preserve each of its projects and improve the communities surrounding them.

Since its inception, POKO Partners has developed over $750 million in property, including more than 800 residential units and 500,000 square feet of commercial space. In addition, POKO Management continues to provide property management for all POKO-built or rehabilitated residential properties, thereby maintaining a long-term investment in the success of POKO's affordable housing projects.
