Planned Community Developers, Ltd.

Planned Community Developers, Ltd. (“PCD”) is a Texas limited partnership formed in 1997 by the executive officers of Sugarland Properties Incorporated (“SPI”) for purposes of pursuing the acquisition and development of planned communities, shopping centers, data centers, and mixed-use Class A office projects. The two principals of PCD, having an average tenure of over 30 years with SPI, have developed and sold over 13,000 residential lots with amenities and thousands of acres of both commercial and industrial sites. This team has developed and managed over 3 million square feet of retail shopping centers and nearly 1.3 million square feet of industrial, office, and medical space. PCD’s projects have been characterized by innovative architectural designs and quality construction. Planned Community Developers is celebrating over 40 years of community building. PCD seeks to acquire well-located sites in Texas for new retail, office, residential, and mixed-use projects. We consider sites ranging in size from 25 acres to 2,500 acres which are located on major thoroughfares at major intersections.
