PEM was founded in 1993 with a duplex in the city of Detroit. With the goal of providing a better apartment living experience, PEM grew to over 4,000 apartment units within 12 years before selling the entire portfolio and moving to Arizona in 2005. Currently, PEM has over 7,500 apartment units across the nation. PEM continues to be one of the most consistent operators in the United States.

While our home base is in Scottsdale, AZ, we have a satellite office in Atlanta, GA, minutes away from one of the world’s busiest airports. We can service both coasts and middle America quickly and efficiently.

PEM currently has real estate holdings including multifamily, retail, commercial and raw land in the following states — Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New Mexico, Tennessee and Texas. PEM Real Estate Group has owned and managed over one billion in assets since the company started.
