Peaceable Street Capital was founded to help commercial property owners find innovative solutions to satisfy the capital requirements of their projects.  Built on a foundation of experience and know-how, our firm understands how to creatively structure senior preferred equity, even in the most complex situations.

We provide equity capital for most types of income producing real estate including apartments, shopping centers, self storage projects, mobile home parks, industrial buildings, hotels, office projects, and RV parks. Our investments are structured as preferred equity (senior to the equity invested by operating partners). Many of us at Peaceable have decades of experience structuring participating loans and preferred equity investments, and we are proud to have many repeat customers and long standing relationships.
