Paydar Properties was established in 1983 to develop, acquire and manage commercial real estate with a specific focus on investments in undervalued and distressed properties. Since inception, transactions have exceeded $2 billion in market value and over a million square feet of commercial real estate. Included in these projects were numerous masterplanned land developments and more than 1,000 units throughout San Diego, La Mesa, El Cajon and Escondido.
