The Paskin Group is a real estate investment and management company based in Santa Barbara, CA with multifamily, industrial, and office assets located throughout the US.

The Paskin Group was founded in 2006 by Michael Paskin and has since grown to approximately 2 million square feet of commercial and residential property with offices in California and Texas offices.

Collectively, our team has been involved in the management of properties valued at over $1 billion, as well as commercial and residential acquisitions of over $700 million.
