Paradigm was formed as a private commercial real estate investor and operator to acquire, re-develop, re-position, and manage heavily multi-tenanted, Class B office buildings. Over the years we acquired a portfolio of over 2.0 million square feet of commercial office property through our initial fund, Paradigm New England Office Program and later Expanded our portfolio to include industrial property and closed APCA Property Fund I. Two decades later, Paradigm is a distinguished investor as well as property services provider for its own portfolio and for third party investor, nonprofit, and institutional owners in Boston, MA, Hartford, Connecticut and Columbus, OH. Investment programs include funds and separate accounts for private and institutional investors.
