Pacific Star Capital ("PSC") was founded by Dr. Aria Mehrabi and David Walker in 2003 with the mission to be the leading real estate solutions provider to the world's most renowned companies and the preferred landlord to the communities in which we work.

We aim to be innovative, thoughtful, and to deliver a positive impact on the communities in which we participate while identifying real estate investment opportunities across the United States and abroad that deliver attractive risk-adjusted returns to our institutional investors with whom PSC's principals co-invest on every transaction.
