Omega's principals have more than 65 years combined experience in industrial and investment real estate, having transacted in excess of $5 billion in ownership and advisory capacities. While ownership interests are primarily in single tenant industrial facilities, there are also holdings in office, apartment and retail assets, with holdings in over 13 states.

Since 2003, the principals of Omega (along with affiliates) have invested in excess of $640 million in industrial assets, including large notable transactions (over $100 million) for Nestle Foods and others. Capital raised has exceeded $215 million, and comes primarily from a stable of high net worth individuals.
