Odyssey Properties Group, Inc. (“Odyssey”), founded in 2004, is a private real estate investment firm that acquires or invests in both stable, cash flow oriented real estate investment properties as well as “value add” opportunities. Odyssey utilizes its expertise in acquisitions and management to deliver consistent, above market returns to its valued investors.

Odyssey’s operating philosophy is to locate opportunities (off market or “below the radar”) which frequently have complex issues, but that have the potential to provide superior cash flows and long-term upside. This strategy allows Odyssey to consistently maximize returns to its investors.

Odyssey seeks to offer its investors a broad selection of real estate investments alternatives. To meet this objective, Odyssey’s portfolio is diversified both by property type (multifamily, senior housing and commercial) and geography. Odyssey acquires properties in high-growth submarkets with favorable supply/demand conditions, limited construction, strong job growth, strong employment and educational centers, and within cities with a superior quality of life. By selecting investment properties that meet these criteria, Odyssey believes it will continue to deliver superior returns while minimizing risk.
