Odessa’s primary focus is acquiring, renovating and repositioning core-plus and value-add assets in desirable markets across the United States. We are real estate veterans with significant ‘dirt’ experience having personally managed properties. Our team of experienced principals is dedicated to creating value at the investment level, with a specific focus on the core-plus and value-add areas of the risk-return spectrum. Our team physically works the properties, in conjunction with third-party property management companies, implementing leasing and tenant retention programs, identifying value-add opportunities, and creating robust property repositioning / redevelopment programs. Through our platform we offer access to value-add real estate opportunities through a variety of different investment strategies and deal structures, and work closely with our institutional and high net worth investors to define objectives and deliver attractive performance results. To ensure alignment of interest throughout the process, our principals invest personally alongside many of our valued investors.
