Oddo Development is a premier industrial, residential and multifamily developer, contractor and management company founded in 1966, by Frank Oddo, founder and chairman and lead by Rick Oddo, President and Chief Executive Officer. Oddo Development began with the initial development of our first commercial space in 1966 and moved into residential development and completed its first multifamily community in 1986.
