Nike Equities is a owner, investor and developer of real estate. While our investments may be national, development activities are focused in the NY-NJ-PA and Florida coastal markets. We seek to invest in existing assets with a value-add component and development opportunities. Nike Equities is particularly adept at redeveloping environmentally challenged and superfund sites. The Company is most interested in the retail, multifamily and hospitality sectors. Nike Equities owns and develops properties leased to or anchored by national and regional tenants and recently developed a new site for Costco in Oceanside NY which opened in 2017. NIke Equities will joint venture projects and is a buyer of distressed notes and REO assets having completed transactions with HSBC, Aurora Bank, John Alden Life Insurance Company and a NYC based hedge fund. The Company also holds and seeks investments and development opportunities in the hospitality sector and is part of the Hilton, Marriott and Intercontinental franchise families.
