Since inception in 1998, Niam has consistently outperformed through all real estate cycles. Today we are one of the largest private property owners in the Nordics, headquartered in Stockholm with local offices in Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo and Luxembourg. We focus on identifying and executing on improvements in order to provide the best properties for our tenants and surrounding local communities, now and for the future. Since 1998 we have acquired, developed and managed properties both in and outside the Nordic region. Today we are active in five countries: Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark and Poland. As one of the largest property owners in the Nordic region, Niam can benefit from the experience we’ve gathered from our own properties. We have substantial local knowledge. Our expertise combined with formal analysis of macroeconomic conditions is put to use when we interpret the market. This results in our investment strategy. We use a disciplined investment method to identify opportunities with attractive, risk-adjusted returns. Despite many similarities between the Nordic countries, it is not a homogeneous market. Both opportunities and risks differ between the countries, which is why we have local experts in each of the Nordic capitals.
