NLP is led by Ronald Max, a 35 year industry veteran who has served in C-level executive positions with both private and public real estate companies. Ron has been involved in over $4 billion of real estate transactions and has developed expertise in complicated ownership structures such as 1031 exchanges, tenants-in-common and Delaware statutory trusts (DST), as well as sale-leaseback financing, ground lease bifurcations and real estate securities offerings.
