Nearon Enterprises

Nearon Enterprises, LLC, and its predecessor companies, was founded in 1945 by Arthur David Nearon as a real estate development, property management and investment company. From its origin, and still today, the private company’s sole shareholders are individuals under the Family Trust of Mr. Nearon and his descendants.

Today, Nearon Enterprises oversees approximately $1.0 billion in assets, with properties concentrated in the Bay Area, Southern California, Utah, Arizona and Colorado. The company is professionally managed by executives and a support team of employees, all of whom have dedicated their careers to real estate development, investment, and management. The company’s governance is provided by a Board of Directors, which is comprised of third-generation family members.
