ML Realty Partners was founded in 2001 by Michael W. Luecht, with the mission of being a long-term investor in industrial real estate, maximizing shareholder value and providing a platform for individuals to achieve their personal and career goals. During his tenure, Mr. Luecht grew the company from being a startup to one of the largest and most respected real estate operating companies in the central United States with assets in excess of $1 Billion. ML Realty Partners acquires and invests in industrial properties in Chicago and Dallas/Fort Worth. Our goal is to grow a diversified portfolio and remain as one of the most respected, long-term industrial owners in each market. Our sole focus and expertise within industrial real estate allows us to understand the demand drivers for each submarket and what’s important to each of our tenants. All investment decisions are made locally and are acquired, all cash. Local decision making and debt-free acquisition allows us to make decisions quickly, offer flexible closing structures and close in compressed timeframes. ML Realty Partners has closed on 100% of the deals that have been put under contract since our inception.
