The combined portfolios total nearly 7 million square feet in the Metro Atlanta and spread around the Southeast. Family-owned Mimms Enterprises is a sister organization to Malon D. Mimms Company, which is run by Malon Mimms, the son of family real estate patriarch Thomas Mimms. Over the years, Malon’s three sons have built Roswell, Ga.-based Mimms Enterprises into one of largest Atlanta commercial real estate firms.
