Millennial Holdings vision is to purchase stable performing real estate across all asset types throughout the US. Our mission is to identify, acquire and manage income producing properties that preserve capital investments while seeking future capital appreciation of the assets. As a relatively small sized firm we move quickly in underwriting and determining if we will move ahead with a deal.
