McDonald Development is a privately owned, multi-generation company that develops, owns, and manages real estate in key markets across the Southeastern United States. We build and lease Class A space to manufacturers, retailers, transportation companies, third party logistics providers, and other companies with local and large scale distribution needs.

Since 1988, McDonald has operated with a business strategy that integrates corporate leadership with local market personnel. The McDonald organization has the breadth of experience, network of expertise, and financial strength to assume the most complex and challenging development or management projects. We are located in Atlanta, Georgia with regional offices in Charlotte, North Carolina and Orlando, Florida.
