MC Investment Partners was formed as a family office on October 1st 2006. The historical investments have included risk arbitrage, convertible arbitrage, long short equity, event/catalyst investments, high yield, distressed, senior bank debt, listed options and derivatives in virtually all industries and sectors. Since publicly traded securities have become more efficient, the focus most recently has been on private market investments. Specifically, we like the demographics of multifamily investments and are highly concentrated in this asset class. We are currently focused on purchasing additional properties in the following markets: -Seattle MSA (Current Presence) -Portland Oregon MSA -San Jose San Fran Oakland MSA (Current Presence) -Los Angeles MSA (Current Presence) -San Diego MSA (Current Presence) Please bring any value add multifamily investment opportunities to our attention in these markets with a price range between $15mm and $150mm. Our target is to place $100mm in the next 6-12 months. Broker commissions will be protected.
