Madera Residential is a Lubbock, Texas-based property investment company with offices in Dallas and Houston that specializes in investing in and transforming apartment communities across Texas and beyond.

Madera Residential began in 2008 when we purchased our first multifamily investment property, The Lakes at Madera in Baytown, Texas. In 2010, we acquired our second multifamily property with the help of the same investors that first believed in us.

Today, we’ve acquired more than 80 apartment complexes and 20,000 residential rental units across Dallas, Fort Worth, and Houston, TX. Through our dedication to people, we’ve grown Madera Residential from a single apartment complex to a thriving apartment investment and management company with a total value of over $2 billion — and we’re just getting started.
