The complementary backgrounds of the company’s founders have created a unique partnership that has the track record and financial resources to acquire raw land, enter into creative partnership structures with landowners and institutional capital sources, and successfully execute industrial development and acquisition strategies in geographically diverse markets. Lovett Industrial is active in 14 markets, and underway on the construction of over 7 million square feet of space. The company’s pipeline of current and future projects encompasses approximately 16+ million square feet and $2.4 billion in managed cost.
