In 2024, Leste launched Leste Net Lease Capital (“LNL Capital”) which originated from a strategic agreement with a global alternative investment manager, boasting an Asset Under Management of $400 billion. This collaboration was initially established to channel investments specifically into the Triple Net Lease credit space for this manager. Over time, LNL Capital has evolved into an autonomous entity, broadening its scope to welcome investments from external partners.
