Legacy Varin Property Management, LLC is in the business of managing high-quality apartment communities in Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. Our business began in 1997 by acquiring our first residential apartment community in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We own, manage and develop commercial and residential communities and have other investments including hotels and golf courses. Our focus has been the same, search for properties at the right price and put together the best team to develop and manage them.

Over the last 20 plus years we have focused our acquisitions in the Midwest. Our residential communities are located in Wisconsin, Illinois and Indiana. Our goal is to provide a great place for residents to call home; a worry-free living experience.
