Kuafu Properties LLC is a privately held, fully integrated real estate development and investment company based in New York City. Kuafu was established with the vision of being the ultimate bridge between Chinese and other international investors to the overseas real estate market in the United States. This bridge has been established by building a team of local market experts (investment, development, construction, sales & marketing, real estate services) based in Manhattan who have a deep understanding of the U.S. real estate markets with a specific emphasis on New York City, and strong ties to foreign investors who understand New York and seek real estate exposure through Kuafu Properties. Our focus is on market rate ground up development projects, affordable housing development and acquisitions of underperforming existing assets where we can add value. Kuafu team members have extensive expertise in mixed-use urban developments including residential, hotel, retail, office. Kuafu continues to invest overseas capital into suitable ground up development and value-add existing assets on a situational basis. In addition to Kuafu’s focus on New York City projects where it is actively pursuing additional investment opportunities. Kuafu is pursuing undercapitalized and or under managed properties which offer opportunity for enhancement to meet today’s tenant requirements.
