Our core areas of interest are retail condos, grocery-anchored shopping centers, mixed-use and multifamily buildings. We invest in both stabilized income-producing assets as well as value added opportunities. Our transactions range from $1,000,000 to $100,000,000. Bluesky Group NY is the asset management arm of Klosed Properties and focuses on top-to-bottom management. Several subsidiaries are under the Bluesky Group NY umbrella, including Bluesky Management, Bluesky Development, Bluesky Leasing and Bluesky Kapital. We focus on underperforming assets and opportunistic investments. By utilizing our strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of the market, creative deal structures and critical relationships within the industry, we unlock hidden value and reposition properties for their best use.
