Kin Properties

Kin Properties, Inc. is a privately-held commercial real estate investment company, in business for over 60 years. Our principal activities are the acquisition, ownership, and management of free-standing commercial properties across the United States and Canada.

We are a family business that has been owned continuously, by the founding family, with our third generation now actively involved in our operations and management. Most of our properties consist of single-tenant retail properties as well as both single-tenant and multi-tenant industrial properties. In recent years, we have been adding multi-family residential rental properties, located in or near major metropolitan areas, to our portfolio in joint venture efforts.

We own every one of our retail and industrial properties outright, with no outside investors. We are not investment advisors for others; we are not brokers; we are not syndicators; and we do not manage any properties other than those we own ourselves.
