The Keith Corporation was founded by Graeme M. Keith Sr. and Graeme (“Greg”) M. Keith Jr in 1989. This statement is the guiding principal for everything we do, it calls for accountability, excellence and an adherence to the gold standard for our clients. TKC was founded as a single-tenant, net lease build-to-suit development company and has expanding into a full-service real estate company, including brokerage and property management. Over the last 30 years, TKC has completed over $3 billion worth of development, consisting of 310+ projects in 35 states and 5 countries.
