As a credit-focused firm, our acquisition program has been mainly focused on strong single-tenant credit, triple-net-lease properties. We have the expertise to underwrite single tenant credit risk and often provide more efficient structuring for tenants via ground lease structures. Our ground lease program can provide a significant portion of a sponsor's capital stack, whether a project is an acquisition, refinancing, recapitalization or renovation. We are active in structuring, purchasing and financing ground leases throughout the U.S., across subsectors including hospitality, office, retail, malls and solar.
