A 50-year resident of Cincinnati, Jeff attended the University of Virginia as a scholar athlete, graduating in 1969 with a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree. A fifth round draft selection in the National Football League (NFL) draft, led to a brief career with the Washington Redskins. Leaving football behind, Jeff reported to basic training at the US Army facilities in Ft. Lewis, Washington and returned home to serve in the Ohio National Guard and pursue a career in the real estate industry. In addition to commercial real estate development, Jeff is very active in the hospitality arena, and owning more than a dozen restaurants throughout the coastal areas of the South. The Company's growing hotel portfolio inlcudes Marriott-branded properties as well as self-developed boutique concepts. Aside from his own developments, Jeff is routinely sought after for his expertise as a consultant and investor in various restaurant enterprises. In addition to developing Company-owned projects, Anderson is often hired by other Owners for specific expertise including Leasing, Tenant Coordination, and Property Management. Anderson Third Party assignments range in scope, depth and length, depending on the clients' needs, and has included high-profile Cincinnati projects like The Banks, Kenwood Collection, Newport on The Levee, USquare at University of Cincinnati, and University Station at Xavier University. Additional Third Party assignments have included sites around the USA including Minneapolis, Lexington, Tennessee, and Hawaii.
