Located in Hermitage, Pennsylvania, the Hudson Companies are a three tiered operation consisting of general construction, development, and acquisitions. As contractors, we specialize in k-12 educational building, commercial, medical, and institutional construction. Our development expertise emphasizes government facilities as well as office and medical buildings, with acquisitions focused on commercial office and multi-family residential properties. Our construction operations are targeted in western Pennsylvania and eastern Ohio, while development projects are throughout Pennsylvania. Acquisitions have included business and residential properties in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Florida.
