Formed in 1995, Hudson (the successor to Brazos Advisors, LLC) is an investment adviser registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in reliance on the registration of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hudson Americas L.P., and maintains offices in Amsterdam, Beijing, Dallas, Dublin, Frankfurt, Hong Kong, Lisbon, London, Luxembourg, Madrid, Mumbai, New York, Paris, São Paulo, Shanghai, Singapore and Tokyo.
