Living in San Antonio, TX and serving as a developer, broker and property manager for over 30 years, Rob Holliday has been involved in $350M+ in commercial real estate transactions throughout the state of Texas. Originally from Chattanooga, TN and a proud University of Georgia alum, Rob began his career at Coca-Cola Bottling Company in Houston. He shifted into commercial real estate with a large, mixed-use developer in Houston before accepting a position in San Antonio with an established family office. Rob has leveraged successful, long-term relationships and partnerships when acquiring and developing a wide range of commercial real estate property types, including retail, office, industrial, and multifamily. He has also represented several national companies in the acquisition and/or leasing of properties throughout Central and South Texas. We approach each transaction with a proven level of detail and expertise that results in long-standing relationships with respected owners and tenants across Central and South Texas. While actively seeking investment opportunities throughout the region, we take an active role in the development and redevelopment of many retail and office projects. In addition to our development and acquisition activities, we take an active role in the management of commercial real estate properties - primarily those where we hold an interest.
